Terms of Use

doSimple Bot (@doSimple_bot) · Operator contact: @dosimple_support, [email protected]

1. General provisions

Using the doSimple Telegram bot means you accept these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

doSimple is an AI-powered aggregator. It collects public posts from Telegram channels you choose to follow, filters out ads and noise, and produces a short digest — as text and, optionally, as audio.

3. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies, and the operator does not guarantee their completeness or accuracy. Any investment, financial or crypto-related content in a digest is for informational purposes only and is not advice. The operator is not responsible for the content of the original source channels — responsibility for that content lies with its authors.

4. Subscriptions and payment

A free trial is available. Paid tiers (Pro and Team/Group Pro) unlock extra channels, audio digests and other features.

Payment is accepted via Telegram Stars and the Crypto Pay gateway. The bot does not request or store bank card details.
You may request a refund of 80% of the amount paid if you contact support within 3 (three) days of the subscription's activation. The remaining 20% covers non-refundable payment-processing and AI compute costs.
After 3 days from the time of payment, no refund is issued for the current billing period.
If a subscription was activated with a 100% discount or bonus code, no refund applies and the bonus is forfeited.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to scrape or resell data obtained through it, to distribute content that is illegal under applicable law, or to send excessive automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the Service. Violating these rules may result in your access being restricted or terminated without a refund.

6. Changes to these terms

The operator may update this document from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
